When adding customer logos to their portals in Sydnee Client Portals, it's important to choose the right file format and dimensions to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Below are the recommended guidelines:

Your Logo (Portal Header Logo)

  • Recommended Dimensions: 640 x 110 pixels

  • File Format: PNG with a transparent background

  • Why: This size ensures your logo displays crisply without taking up too much space. Using a PNG with transparency prevents unwanted background color clashes.

Client Logos

  • Recommended Dimensions: Any square aspect ratio (1:1)

    • Common examples: 200 x 200 pixels, 500 x 500 pixels, etc.

  • File Format: JPEG or PNG

  • Why: A square logo format ensures the image looks balanced and fits well within the portal design. Both JPEG and PNG formats maintain quality and load efficiently. PNG is ideal for logos with transparency, while JPEG works well for logos without it.

By following these recommendations, you can create a visually appealing experience for your clients while maintaining compatibility with Sydnee's design. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our support team!
