Our Zapier integration is currently invite-only, so it’s not yet listed in Zapier’s public app directory.

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Click this invite link:

  2. Sign in to Zapier (or create a free account).

  3. Accept the invitation to add the Sydnee app to your Zapier account.

  4. Once connected, you’ll be able to set up Zaps that use Sydnee as a trigger or action, just like you would with other Zapier apps.

About Zapier + Sydnee

✨ With Zapier, you get the same building blocks as the API - but without needing to code.

Just point, click, and connect Sydnee to the rest of your stack.

Notes

  • You’ll need a valid Sydnee API key to connect Zapier. (Only the Company Owner can create these in your company settings)

  • The invite link is temporary while our app is still in private access. Later, Sydnee will appear directly in the Zapier app search.

  • If you run into issues, make sure your API key is active and tied to a paid plan (trial users must opt into a plan to unlock API access).

  • Click here to see some example use cases.

Using API keys with Zapier

When setting up the connection in Zapier, you’ll be asked for your API key. Use the same key you created under Settings → Company Settings → API.
