Q: Can I use the API on a free trial?

A: Yes - opt into a plan during your 14-day trial to unlock API access immediately. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before that date.

Q: Do labels change what a key can do?

A: No. Labels are just for your tracking (e.g., “Zapier” vs. “Backend Server”).

Q: How many keys can I have?

A: Up to five at a time. Revoke and create new keys anytime.

Q: What’s the rate limit?

A: 60 requests per minute per company.

Q: Can team members see or create keys?

A: No. Only the Company Owner can manage keys.

Q: Can deleted keys being recovered?

A: Yes, but only under certain circumstances. Reach out to support to see if we can recover a deleted key.

Q: Does Zapier have full feature parity to the API?

A: No, zapier does not have the ability to remove teamUsers or attach a custom message onto invite emails when adding a portalUser. All other functionality is present.
