Can I embed a site wide script on my client portal?
No, site wide scripts for chat bots or other tracking is not currently supported
Can I bill my clients using Sydnee?
No, billing and invoicing is not included in Sydnee. The purpose of Sydnee is to get your clients to raise their hand by notifying you when they have interest in one of your services - and you take it from there with your current billing systems.
Do you offer a free or discounted version for non-profits?
No, we do not offer a free or discounted version of Sydnee for non profit organizations. Our pricing starts at $25 per month.
What is the Sydnee Pricing?
For under 25 accounts we charge $25 per month, and under 100 accounts we charge $50 per month.
Do you support above 100 accounts?
We currently do not support above 100 accounts out of the box. Please speak to a customer service rep if you are interested in more accounts.
My Stats Aren't Right on my Dashboard!
Your stats might not be 100% accurate because we launched this feature in August of 2024. If you had activity during this month or before, the stats will only be accurate moving forward. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
