Use your HubSpot ID to track visitor actions and sync contact activity.
Step 1: Go to your Tracking Settings in Sydnee
Step 2: Enter your HubSpot Tracking ID
💡 We'll automatically send the logged-in user's email address to HubSpot, creating or updating the contact in your HubSpot CRM.
How to Find Your HubSpot ID
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Navigate to:
Settings → Account Management → Tracking CodeYour HubSpot ID is listed under "Your Hub Id"
How to remove HubSpot tracking from your Portal
Step 1: Go to your Tracking Settings in Sydnee
Step 2: Delete your HubSpot ID so the input is empty
Step 3: Hit save
