The Widget Settings page allows you to do the following:
Globally set the order of dashboard widgets
Set a custom label or title of each widget
Globally disable a widget
How to globally reorder widgets
Navigate to the "Widget Order and Visibility" area in the Widget Settings page
Grab the ≡ drag handle on any row
Drag the row up or down to choose your desired order
Click Save Changes
A green toast confirms the new order.
Any account that does not have a custom order will be updated immediately
Need a do‑over? Click Restore Default to snap everything (order + labels) back to Sydnee’s out‑of‑the‑box layout. Remember to click "Save Changes".
Renaming a widget
Navigate to the "Widget Order and Visibility" area in the Widget Settings page
Hit the ✏️ icon next to a widget name
Type a new label (press Enter or click Update Label). There is a 50 character limit on custom widget labels
The old name now appears as a grey tag next to your custom title so you always have a reference of what the widget's default name is
Good to know:
Custom labels apply everywhere (even inside accounts with custom widget orders)
They persist if you later restore or reset orders
Hiding a widget globally
Navigate to the "Widget Order and Visibility" area in the Widget Settings page
Click the 👁️ eye to toggle visibility:
Visible → Everyone sees it (subject to any per‑account order)
Globally Disabled → It disappears from every dashboard until re‑enabled
Good to know:
If you disabled a feature, then that corresponding widget will be hidden. Disabled features take precedence over the widget visibility settings here.
Managing account‑level overrides
Navigate to the "Accounts with Custom Widget Orders" area in the Widget Settings page
Scroll down to see all of your active accounts listed with a label of "Using Default Order" or a button that reads "Reset Custom Order"
Using Default Order – nothing to do; the account already follows your default
Reset Custom Order button – someone re-ordered the widgets in the account manually. Click to wipe that and force it to adopt your latest default order (labels are never touched)
Setting a custom widget order for a specific account
Navigate to any account dashboard
At the top right of any widget, click and drag the 6 dots to re-order the widget
The re-order will save instantly
To remove the custom account order, head over to the Widget Settings page and reset the custom order for that specific account
