It can take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate after you have succesfully configured your domain, but it's usually pretty quick.

You can check the status of your setup by navigating to this page https://my.sydnee.app/portal-configuration/domain

By selecting the "Refresh" button the system will check your DNS settings and update your status.
