Navigate to https://my.sydnee.app/settings/domain and select "Setup Domain"
On the next screen, enter in your desired domain or subdomain. Do not enter the https:// of your url.
Examples:
portal.website.com
custom.websiteinfo.net
agencyname.com
If your domain name includes incorrect characters, an error will appear on the screen. Select "Continue" when there are no errors.
On the next screen you will have instructions on how to setup your DNS records and feedback on the status of the setup.
If you are using a subdomain, you will be instructed to add a cname record with a value of "cname.vercel.pub" to your DNS. The "Name" will be what your desired subdomain is.
If you are not using a sub domain, but an "apex domain", you will have the option to configure an "A" record.
An apex domain is a domain like google.com or agencyname.com. There are no www. or portal. before these domains.
Click on "A Record (apex domain) for the instructions on configuring a domain.
Sydnee automatically checks for updated DNS configurations every 30 seconds until the platform sees a correct configuration. Once the configuration is correct the "Finish Connecting Your Domain" warning at the top right will change to a link to your portal live on the web.
