Enhance your Sydnee Client Portal by adding integrations with third-party services. If a partner provides an embed code, you can easily add it to your portal as its own page.

This means you can integrate a wide variety of tools and services, such as calendars, video conferencing tools, document editors, and more, directly into your portal.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to add an integration using an embed code. It’s simple and quick, allowing you to customize your portal to suit your needs and provide added value to your clients. Let’s get started!

To add an integration to your portal start by clicking the + icon in your portal navigation.

Then, select which integration you would like to add

There will be instructions on where to find the code for your integration on the right hand side. Copy and paste the code into the "Embed Code" input box.

The "Title" input box is what will be displayed on your portal navigation for your clients to see.

When you have filled out the title and embed code, select "Create" to complete your integration setup.
