Thank you for your interest in the future of Sydnee Client Portals!

Our primary focus has been on transitioning Sydnee from an internal tool to a robust platform that meets the diverse needs of our users.

We’re actively collecting feedback and are in the process of evaluating and prioritizing new features and improvements.

Gathering Feedback

We deeply appreciate your input, as it helps us understand what features are most important to you. Here are some of the key features we’re considering based on user feedback so far:

  1. Direct Live Chat with Accounts

  2. Google Drive Integration: Allowing seamless integration with Google Drive to facilitate easier file management and sharing within the client portals.

  3. Zapier Integration: Enabling integration with Zapier to automate workflows and connect Sydnee with other apps and services you use.

  4. Subtasks in Tasks: Adding the capability to create subtasks within tasks, providing more granular control over project management and task delegation.

  5. Stripe Integration: Facilitating direct client billing by integrating with Stripe, making it easier for you to charge clients directly through Sydnee.

Next Steps

Your feedback is crucial in helping us determine which features will have the most impact and should be prioritized.

How You Can Help

Your feedback is vital to us as we plan and prioritize new features. To streamline the process and ensure we capture all your valuable insights, we’ve created a survey specifically for feature requests. Please take a few moments to share your thoughts and suggestions by following this link: Feature Request Survey.

By filling out this survey, you’ll help us understand which features are most important to you and how we can improve Sydnee to better meet your needs. Thank you for your time and for being an essential part of our community.
