Keep your requests confidential by limiting visibility to just the assigned team member.

Making a request private to an assignee ensures that only the assigned person and the client can view it. Other team members who have access to the account will not be able to see the request unless it’s shared with them directly.

How to Make a Request Private

When creating a new request:

  1. Fill out the request details as usual.

  2. Under the “Which client?” section, assign the request to the appropriate team member.

  3. Toggle the “Visible only to [Assignee Name]” switch to enable privacy.

This setting will restrict visibility to the selected assignee and the client the request is associated with.

Making a Request Private After Creation

You can also make an existing request private:

  1. Open the request you’d like to update.

  2. Navigate to the “Basics” tab.

  3. Toggle the “Visible only to [Assignee Name]” option to enable privacy.

  4. Hit save

This gives you the flexibility to update visibility settings at any time.
