To change the colors of your client portal, navigate to any of your accounts, select the paintbrush at the top right to the left of the "Create" button.
To change the logo and 1x1 logo for your portal, navigate to https://my.sydnee.app/company-settings/branding and update the Header Logo and the 1x1 logo.
Definitions:
Header Logo: Upload a logo to personalize your portal's header. This logo will be displayed in the header of your portal.
1x1 Logo: Ideally 512×512 pixels non-transparent for optimal display. Browser tabs, bookmarks, and other locations will display this logo. This is also the icon that appears when clients add your portal to their phone's home screen. Your logo is resized to fill the full icon shape edge-to-edge on Android, iOS, and desktop.
Link Preview: This is how your portal looks when shared on social media, Slack, or iMessage. To change this, update your company logo and your company colors (which generate the background gradient). This is created by taking your header logo and your brand colors. It is currently not individually editable.
