Can I embed a site wide script on my client portal?
No, site wide scripts for chat bots or other tracking is not currently supported
Can I bill my clients using Sydnee?
No, billing and invoicing is not included in Sydnee. The purpose of Sydnee is to get your clients to raise their hand by notifying you when they have interest in one of your services - and you take it from there with your current billing systems.
Do you offer a free or discounted version for non-profits?
No, we do not offer a free or discounted version of Sydnee for non profit organizations. Our pricing starts at $25 per month.
What is the Sydnee Pricing?
We currently have three tiers of pricing:

All features are available on every plan. The only difference is amount of accounts and file storage.

Do you support above 3000 accounts?
We currently do not support above 3000 accounts out of the box. Please speak to a customer service rep if you are interested in more accounts.
Can I change my email address?
We do not currently have a way for you to update your email address. Please try to reach a human in support and we will get it updated for you on the backend.
How do I archive an account?
To archive an account, navigate to your accounts dashboard by clicking on this link https://my.sydnee.app, then selecting the three vertical dots next to an account. Then click "Archive Account" on the drop down.
How do I restore an archived account?
To restore an archived account, navigate to https://my.sydnee.app/settings/subscription and then find the archived account under the "File Usage Per Account" table. Click the three vertical dots and choose "Restore Account"
How do I pin an account?
To pin an account so it's easy to find every time you open Sydnee, navigate to your accounts dashboard by clicking on this link https://my.sydnee.app, then selecting the three vertical dots next to an account. Then click "Pin Account".
How do I unpin an account?

Can I change the URL slug for an account?
No, account URL slugs can not be changed right now. Please try to reach a human in support and we will get it updated for you on the backend.
How do I make the memo pad visible to clients?
If you are having trouble making the memo pad visible, be sure to select the "Publish" button. If you are just hitting "Save" without publishing, then it will remain hidden. This way you can save updates to it without immediately making it visible to your clients.
Does Sydnee have webhooks, an API, or Zapier?
Sydnee does not currently have any kind of API, webhooks, or a Zapier connection. It is not possible to listen to events or create automations at the moment. We are working on a Zapier connection but currently this is not available for the public yet. If this is important to you, please suggest it on the feedback board by clicking here.
Does Sydnee offer webhooks?

Does Sydnee offer an API?
An API, which stands for "Application Programming Interface," is a set of rules and protocols that allow different software applications to communicate with each other, enabling them to exchange data and perform actions by following a defined set of standards. Sydnee does not offer an API at the moment.
Does Sydnee offer live chat with your clients?
At this time, Sydnee Client Portals does not include a built-in live chat feature for real-time communication with your clients. While we understand the value of instant messaging for maintaining strong client relationships, our platform focuses on providing robust tools for organizing and managing tasks, files, and collaboration within a structured client portal. However, you can still share updates, files, and comments through the existing features in Sydnee, ensuring clear and effective communication with your clients.
